The last 2 times I have attemted to make the face cream, I used a mixer instead of a blender as I wanted to make a smaller amount. The other change I made was instead of adding the oil to the hydrosol mix, I did the opposit and added hydrosol to oil. I also did not heat the hydrosol like I did the first time I made it. Could the change in technique and equipment be the blame. As not to waste my spoiled sample, is there a way to fix a batch that has separated. Are there any recomendations one can lend for the next time I make this I am hoping I will be successful on the next try.
